The Elite Sales Cohort

We are creating an environment for salespeople to thrive. When we develop salespeople in a way that supports strategic objectives, sales growth occurs.

What Drives High Performance?

With access to the same products, the same resources, and information, why do some salespeople rise above to elite performance?

  • They have tapped into a deeper purpose to make a bigger impact.
  • They have a strong, supportive relational network in their lives; others who encourage them to high achievement.
  • They confront the brutal facts of reality while remaining optimistic that things will get better.
  • They face the challenges in their path, both internal and external.
  • They go to work on their craft, how they sell, and develop higher-level sales skills that require Emotional Intelligence.
  • Once they work on all the pieces, they can bring them together and tune the engine to higher performance.

The Elite Sales Cohort is a Leadership Development Program for 10-12 high performing salespeople. During the six month engagement, participants commit 4-5 hours per week to work on themselves and help others in their cohort grow their influence.

There is individual coaching 2-3 times per month to produce a Leadership Development Plan. Online platform for participants to collaborate and work on Emotional Intelligence exercises.

The high-level skills we seek to develop are understanding customer value drivers, comfort with talking about money, learning agility, and the ability to pressure the customer to decide by assertion and not aggression.

Moses answered the people, “Do not be afraid.
Stand firm and you will see the deliverance
the Lord will bring you today.
The Egyptians you see before you
today you will never see again.
The Lord will fight for you; you need only to be still.”
Exodus 14:13-14
