The book Traction by Gino Wickman is a management book that introduces the Entrepreneurs Operating System. The system isolates five areas, Vision, People, Data, Issues, Process, and unites them at the end with Traction. Laying these foundational elements brings stability to build a business.
As a salesperson, I applied these concepts on an individual level. By looking at my career as a business, these elements become my operating strategy.
For Christians, the Bible is God’s means of teaching us how to live a life that is rightly ordered. When the gospel transforms our lives, it changes every aspect of our lives.
The Salespersons Operating System is my attempt to shine the light of the gospel on different areas of a salesperson’s world.
